A quintessential class to shape your core strength and muscles engagement.  Be prepared to work hard - this class is definitely not an easy one! This core foundation training will build your stamina, strength, endurance and balance. Master the deliberate connection of your deep muscles. Activate the right pilates breathing technique to support your flows that ease built-up tensions at the same time!  Engage your Powerhouse muscles (abdominal muscles, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips, and glutes) to stabilise the body and boost your dynamic strength and balance.


It is a mind and full-body conditioning fundamental class!

Body confidence contributes to a healthy and positive mindset.   Our Arms, Abs and Bum class focuses on toning, tightening and strengthening both the body and mind.  It is a mixed level pilates reformer class, which drives core stabilisation and strength building. 


Tone your triceps, strengthen your core and lift your booty!  Come prepared to feel the burn in all your favorite spots!

Tone your legs and arms with our fun yet challenging advance reformer class - Jump Sculpt Burn.  Increase your metabolism by jumping into positions designed to sculpt your legs and arms.  The class will also be layered with non-jumping routines to keep your body moving and burning as many calories as possible for a full body workout.

Pilates Reformer and Tower combo = Supreme Toning! 

Versatility of the Tower system offers multiple planes of resistance workouts either on the Reformer mat or moving platform, and from both sides of the Tower.

The Tower puts equal emphasis on the abs and glutes, while working the arms, back of the legs, and the chest too!

On the tower, its 100% core-based! Using your abs and challenging your core stability! One is only as strong as one’s core. 

The Class equates a full body workout and helps you to stimulate your body and mind, stylising your figure, strengthening the muscles, and controlling breathing.

CORE TOWER BOSU

Incorporating balance and Pilates to give you a complete overhaul! A challenging yet stabilising workout!

This class offers all the benefits of Pilates including building overall strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. 

BOSU (Both Sides Utilised) is a half dome inflated apparatus which complements any sports or core training. Aligned with the principles of Pilates and the Reformer, the workout is a full-on challenge of your body’s strength, stability and balance. 

It is awesome for targeting your core. The unstable nature of the BOSU makes it an ideal tool for establishing and reinforcing core strength. Exercises will be performed in variations from standing, kneeling, seated, supine and prone positions enhance stability, strength, balance, flexibility, agility, coordination and endurance.

Mind over body, taking your practise disciple to the next level!
