Margaret loves to cook during her free time and  to travel the world.  Working in the corporate world meant long hours spent seated in front of the computer which resulted in persistent shoulder aches and lower back pain. Margaret started Pilates regularly after a knee injury and her passion for Pilates has developed since.  C

Margaret loves to cook during her free time and  to travel the world.  Working in the corporate world meant long hours spent seated in front of the computer which resulted in persistent shoulder aches and lower back pain. Margaret started Pilates regularly after a knee injury and her passion for Pilates has developed since.  Consistent Pilates practice has helped in her recovery of knee injury.  Pilates has improved her body awareness thus better posture, relieving bodily pain and strains.  Margaret believes that health is a conscious lifestyle choice necessary for longevity and having gone through the various stage of pain, she is dedicated to serving, advocating and improving the overall well-being of others.
