With a strong foundation in the STOTT PILATES® method, Priscilla Tay brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to movement. Her teaching is shaped by a personal journey that led her to Pilates as a means of recovery and resilience—an experience that continues to guide her practice with empathy, clarity, and purpose.

Priscilla is a Fully Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor - Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels – Level 1 & 2, with specialized training in injury rehabilitation, prenatal and postnatal care, and active aging. She is especially passionate about supporting clients in maintaining strength, mobility, and confidence through movement that is safe, functional, and sustainable across all life stages.

As a Certified GYROTONIC® Level 1 Trainer and trained in Merrithew® Fascial Movement, Priscilla integrates a three-dimensional understanding of movement that enhances joint health, core integration, and myofascial awareness.

Her calm, observant teaching style allows her to work effectively with clients of all ages and abilities, offering sessions that are precise, progressive, and grounded in biomechanics. As Studio Director, she also mentors instructors and oversees program development, ensuring a consistently high standard of education and care.

Gwen's fitness journey is a true inspiration, filled with resilience and dedication. Her love for various workout styles, from HIIT to yoga, has always taken center stage. However, it was during a brief interlude in 2014 that she discovered the transformative power of Pilates upon her return to Singapore.


Amidst the challenges of the pandemic, Gwen found solace in integrating Pilates into her routine. This gentle yet effective practice became her cornerstone for building muscular strength and functional fitness. Beyond physical gains, Gwen found that Pilates enhanced her daily movements and brought a newfound joy to her life.


As a cancer survivor, Gwen turned to Pilates as a beacon of hope and strength during her treatment. It not only boosted her energy and maintained her muscle mass but also provided a much-needed release from the stresses of recovery.


Now, Gwen is eager to share her expertise as a Pilates Instructor and with her deep understanding of functional anatomy enables her to guide clients towards building a strong core, improving posture, and finding relief from daily muscle tension.

Serena’s journey into Pilates began from a deeply personal place — managing persistent back aches during her first pregnancy, and then the physical demands of carrying twins. What started as a search for relief soon became something much more: a genuine discovery of movement, strength, and body awareness. Through Pilates, she found not only physical recovery, but a lasting shift in how she understood posture, alignment, and the quiet confidence that comes from moving well.


Inspired by her own instructor, who encouraged her to explore the practice more deeply, Serena felt called to share what she had experienced with others. That encouragement set her on the path to teaching — and she now brings that same warmth and intention to every session, helping clients build strength, improve posture, and feel at home in their own bodies.


Outside the studio, Serena channels her creativity through floral arrangement and loves spending time baking with her three boys.

A former national water polo athlete, Wen Xin brings a deep understanding of physical performance and the demands competitive sport places on the body. That foundation shaped her appreciation for precision-based movement — and drew her to the principles of Pilates and yoga as disciplines rooted in alignment, control, and intentional practice.


Her teaching is informed by both athletic experience and formal training in yoga instruction, with a consistent emphasis on breath mechanics, postural alignment, and the integration of mind and body. Wen Xin works with clients to build movement quality from the ground up — thoughtfully and with purpose.


Outside the studio, she stays active and shares her home with two cats.
