With a strong foundation in the STOTT PILATES® method, Priscilla Tay brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to movement. Her teaching is shaped by a personal journey that led her to Pilates as a means of recovery and resilience—an experience that continues to guide her practice with empathy, clarity, and purpose.

Priscilla is a Fully Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor (Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels – Level 1 & 2), with specialized training in injury rehabilitation, prenatal and postnatal care, and active aging. She is especially passionate about supporting clients in maintaining strength, mobility, and confidence through movement that is safe, functional, and sustainable across all life stages.

As a Certified GYROTONIC® Level 1 Trainer and trained in Merrithew® Fascial Movement, Priscilla integrates a three-dimensional understanding of movement that enhances joint health, core integration, and myofascial awareness.

Her calm, observant teaching style allows her to work effectively with clients of all ages and abilities, offering sessions that are precise, progressive, and grounded in biomechanics. As Studio Director, she also mentors instructors and oversees program development, ensuring a consistently high standard of education and care.

Gwen's fitness journey is a true inspiration, filled with resilience and dedication. Her love for various workout styles, from HIIT to yoga, has always taken center stage. However, it was during a brief interlude in 2014 that she discovered the transformative power of Pilates upon her return to Singapore.


Amidst the challenges of the pandemic, Gwen found solace in integrating Pilates into her routine. This gentle yet effective practice became her cornerstone for building muscular strength and functional fitness. Beyond physical gains, Gwen found that Pilates enhanced her daily movements and brought a newfound joy to her life.


As a cancer survivor, Gwen turned to Pilates as a beacon of hope and strength during her treatment. It not only boosted her energy and maintained her muscle mass but also provided a much-needed release from the stresses of recovery.


Now, Gwen is eager to share her expertise as a Pilates Instructor and with her deep understanding of functional anatomy enables her to guide clients towards building a strong core, improving posture, and finding relief from daily muscle tension.

Raina’s movement journey began with a long-standing passion for high-intensity fitness—from marathon running and HIIT to Body Combat and Zumba. While these modalities helped her stay active and manage stress, it was Pilates that brought a deeper connection between strength, awareness, and longevity. Over 25 years ago, she turned to mat-based Pilates as a way to cultivate balance and mindful movement—well before apparatus-based practices were widely accessible.


As Pilates evolved and Reformer-based training became more mainstream, Raina’s understanding of functional movement, posture, and alignment deepened. This led her to pursue formal training with STOTT PILATES®, earning her Level 1 Certification in Matwork & Reformer, and further training in Cadillac, Stability Chair, and Barrels. She also holds specialised credentials in Prenatal Pilates on the Split-Pedal Stability Chair™ and Reformer—supporting women through strength, mobility, and confidence during pregnancy.


Raina’s approach is grounded in personal experience and a commitment to lifelong learning. Her calm, encouraging teaching style focuses on building sustainable habits, developing body awareness, and empowering clients through consistency and education. Whether in private sessions or group classes, she guides clients to move with intention and resilience—supporting progress that extends well beyond the studio.
